Zilch

Zilch is what his universe calls an Empath. What does that mean? It means he can psychically detect the emotional states of people he's aware of. This means that if he can see, hear, or feel your character, he will know how your character is feeling. The only exception is if they're not actually in his presence, e.g. talking to him over a phone or webcam.

Zilch himself is incapable of turning this power off, so if you're interacting with him it's pretty much guaranteed he will know what you're feeling. However, this is all he can pick up on. Zilch will not know what your character is thinking, nor is he able to pick up on things like memories.

Zilch is also capable of manipulating people's emotions. However, in order to do this, Zilch has to be making physical contact with your character. It doesn't necessarily have to be bare skin against bare skin; for example, if Zilch can feel your character through a shirt, he can try changing their emotions. Note, however, that Zilch isn't very good at this (9 times out of 10, the attempt will fail) and is unlikely to do so unless he thinks you might become dangerous otherwise.
